After Paradise | Triënnale Kortrijk

29 June–6 October 2024

Małgorzata Mirga-tas has created new works for Kortrijk that focus on seven women: Luna de Rosa, Carmen Gheorghe, Delia Grigore, Vera Lacková, Simonida Selimović, Selma Selman and Monika Szewczyk. All seven women are artists and activists committed to the rights of Roma women. Mirga-tas's new textile works are presented in the monumental Gothic Hall of the historic town hall, a place that has served as a venue for important conferences and other high-quality events over the centuries.
