In Conversation: Tacita Dean and Simon Martin

Join Pallant House Gallery Director Simon Martin in conversation with Tacita Dean. The artist will discuss her latest creation, Crackers (2023) a captivating 16mm colour film made to coincide with the exhibition 'John Craxton: A Modern Odyssey'. The film serves as an elegy to John Craxton and the places close to his heart.
Tacita's connection with Craxton dates back to her youth when, at the age of 16, she met him during a family holiday in Chania, Crete. This encounter with a 'real artist' inspired her and shaped her artistic journey.
